Account balances are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered account holder for wagering on the ph36 platform. Selling, transferring, or auctioning ph36 accounts is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ph36 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the ph36 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities resulting from technical failures, scheduled maintenance, or unplanned downtime.
ph36's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ph36 is not responsible for losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials, your use of the platform while under the influence of alcohol or controlled substances, or your decision to gamble beyond your financial means.
ph36 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering with ph36, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
ph36 applies strict data security standards to protect player information. Personal data is never sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, fraud detection services, and regulatory authorities as required by law and platform operations.
